Mine isn't working either! I purchased the downloadable version through Gamefly. I tried entering the code in the "i" section but it's not long enough. It's only 16 characters and the sims requires 20. Please help!

I've seen many questions on the issue already but have yet to find a solution anywhere,I purchased the sims 3 on origin and the game runs but every time I try to register it on the EA website it comes up with "The serial code you entered is invalid. Please enter a valid serial code and re-submit. Leave serial code empty to register without a serial code." I have entered the code in numerous times and I have tried substituting letters for ones similar to it and nothing has worked. I am 100 % sure this is the product key for the game, I have never used it before and that I have been trying on the correct website.
