Hi all, I've had the pleasure of hearing many of you tell me that you'd like to be able to use ProPresenter in your online (or local) classrooms. It seems that is now a reality. Apple has announced that they are doubling the free levels for teachers, offering from 20 to 60 free licenses for a school. This is great news for anyone who wants to use ProPresenter at a school.
If you're a user of the ProPresenter beta (which we recommend), you'll be happy to know that the update to ProPresenter 7 is completely free as well. Just be sure to make sure you're in the beta program when you register on the ProPresenter site. Your beta registration is valid for 3 months. If you don't want to sign up as a beta tester, download ProPresenter 7 Standard. It will only cost you $20!
The download is at the ProPresenter site. You can get it either by downloading the.xpi file or by clicking on the above link. Just click on the link and it should take you to the direct download. Once you get the install file, double-click on it and choose to run it in the background. The install will take a few minutes. You can always get the.xpi file if you prefer.
Once you're done installing, you will need to log in with your ProPresenter username and password. Once you're logged in, you can go to your ProPresenter account page where you can choose to do a Free Trial of ProPresenter 7 Standard, or Purchase ProPresenter 7. If you choose to get ProPresenter 7, you'll be asked for payment information.
