Installshield 11 Pro Serial Number

I signed up for an account without entering Account ID and Product ID, which is required to open a support case. No one here has a clue about an "order confirmation email", which apparently is the source of this information. I do have a serial number/order number, activation code, fulfillment ID, and Reference Number. I would really like to open a support case. How can I do that?
Reactivation of the product occurs periodically without any interaction on your part. Several weeks before reactivation is required, the activation wizard sends a reactivation request for your serial number to the activation server silently (that is, without displaying any user interface). The server receives the reactivation request, and it validates the request. If the reactivation request is valid, the server automatically notifies the activation wizard about the status, enabling the wizard to reactivate InstallShield for you.If reactivation cannot be automatically performed when needed (for example, if you do not have an Internet connection), the activation wizard is displayed when you launch InstallShield. At that point, the activation wizard lets you reactivate InstallShield using the same wizard that is used for activation. The wizard first attempts an online reactivation. If online reactivation is unsuccessful, the wizard enables you to use the offline method. The offline activation process for reactivation is the same as that for activation.
When you start Microsoft Windows, other software may start automatically together with the operating system. These programs and services can include antivirus software and system utilities that may interfere with the game. When you perform a clean startup, you prevent these programs from starting automatically. You must be logged on as an administrator or as a member of the Administrators group to complete this procedure. If the computer is connected to a network, network policy settings may also prevent you from completing this procedure. For more information about how to perform a clean restart, click the following article number to view the article in the Microsoft Knowledge Base:
Serial numbers have a primary language associated with them. The serial number you are using doesn't match the language of the application. The primary language of the serial number is noted in the error.
The Primary language is the non-English language of the serial number. All Acrobat serial numbers support US English by default. For US English serial numbers, English is the primary language and the only language supported.
As a digital rights management security measure, Dragon NaturallySpeaking (DNS) requires that you enter a unique serial code before you can begin using it. Nuance, the publisher of Dragon NaturallySpeaking, sends out an email message that contains a serial number after your DNS purchase. If you want to reinstall Dragon NaturallySpeaking at a later time but cannot find the email containing the serial number, you can either find it online using your Dragon NaturallySpeaking order number or locate it within your DNS About screen or installation directory.
You can find your Dragon NaturallySpeaking serial code by checking the About screen of your DNS installation. Open Dragon NaturallySpeaking, right-click the DNS icon on the system tray, point to "Help" and then click "About NaturallySpeaking." The splash screen that displays should list your DNS serial code. Click anywhere within the splash screen to exit it.
If you cannot access your Dragon NaturallySpeaking About screen due to corrupted installation files, you can check the DNS installation directory for your serial code. Visit the "Program Files" or "Program Files (x86)" folder on your system partition and then double-click the "Nuance," "NaturallySpeaking12" and "Ereg" folders. Double-click the file labeled "Ereg.ini" and then check next to Ser_Num to find the serial code.
I forked over $9.95 to Nuance support who stated that my registration number is for DNS 9.0. However, the Nuance registration page for my personal e-mail address shows the registration number correctly with 10.0. Oh well.
Registration with Nuance doesn't have anything to do with activating the software, and in fact isn't necessary for doing so. Anytime you install and activate the program on whatever computer, you should succeed, provided that you are using the correct serial number and haven't run out of your 10 activations per serial number that you are alloted. Given the above, if an errror is returned, there is either something wrong with the connection to the Nuance server, or you might have made a mistake when entering the serial number. Please keep in mind that Nuance doesn't use the letter "O", but the digit "0" (zero) instead, which is very easy to confuse, and quite often the case.
If the Origin or OriginPro software has been installed on your computer with an incorrect serial number or you have upgraded from Origin to OriginPro, you can correct/change your installed serial number as follows:
MyRegisterUserEx displays a dialog box similar to SdRegisterUserEx, but the Next buttonwill only be enabled if a valid serial number is entered. A sample validationfunction is included, but you should write your own, either as InstallShield scriptfunction, or in a custom DLL.A function to Generate a Per-User Serial Numbercan be found in the string functions section.
Acrobat Professional and Standard are delivered as a single installer. Product behavior and features become enabled based on the entitlements granted by the licensing methodology (a user ID or serial number).
Admins who configure machines that have been purchased from vendors with Acrobat preinstalled may not be able to use a single image across multiple machines. This is true when vendors provide machines with unique retail activation serial numbers rather than a single volume licensing serial number
For example, in the past the Dell factory preinstalled Acrobat Standard with a volume licensing serial number. Dell is now providing Acrobat XI Standard via their cloud distribution method (Dell Digital Delivery) retail activation serial numbers. These machines cannot be used to create an image that can be used on other machines.
The top certificate in the chain is the root certificate and the bottom certificate is the signing certificate. If only a single certificate is in the chain, the signing certificate is also its own root certificate. You can determine the serial number for each certificate that you then use with Certutil:
If you decide to register TwinCAT, you must now enter the Key. You must obtain this register key directly from Beckhoff Automation. The Telephone number is in the dialog box. In order to compute the registration number, the System ID must be given. The System ID is shown in the dialog box.

Hello,You can package up your app using the package and deployment wizard, and build and MSI for the Crystal merge modules. You should be ok with just our merge modules. The other items are probably not required unless you're using something from them specifically. For testing I've often just compiled my VB6 EXE and copied it to a machine where I've run my RDC MSI deployment package. If you're using other components that need to be distributed you'll have to add them to your package as well.I hope this helps!Dan Kelleher\",\"author\":{\"username\":\"former.mo.e\",\"displayName\":\"Former Member\",\"groupIcons\":[{\"name\":\"moderator\",\"title\":\"This user is an SAP Moderator\",\"priority\":20},{\"name\":\"employee\",\"title\":\"This user is an SAP Employee\",\"priority\":21}],\"suspended\":true,\"isCurrentUser\":false},\"parentAuthor\":{\"username\":\"former.member\",\"displayName\":\"Former Member\",\"groupIcons\":[],\"suspended\":true,\"isCurrentUser\":false},\"id\":6178266,\"creationDate\":1246390743000,\"activeRevisionId\":7642338,\"lastActivity\":1246390743000,\"parentId\":6178223,\"originalParentId\":6164280,\"likeCount\":0,\"visibility\":\"full\",\"depth\":0,\"attachments\":[],\"canVoteUpOrCancel\":false,\"relations\":{\"canReport\":false,\"visibility\":\"full\",\"canEdit\":false,\"canUseDelete\":false,\"isLiked\":false,\"type\":\"comment\",\"canVoteUpOrCancel\":false,\"canConvertToAnswer\":false,\"canBeModerated\":false,\"canViewRevisions\":false,\"showInReply\":false,\"reported\":false,\"canCancelReport\":false,\"canDelete\":false,\"canVoteDownOrCancel\":false,\"canComment\":false,\"canViewReports\":false,\"isCurrentUserAuthor\":false},\"liked\":false,\"moderatorComment\":false}]},\"6171898\":{\"rootParentId\":6171898,\"commentsCount\":1,\"comments\":[{\"body\":\"You need to build the deployment project using Wise, InstallShield, MS Visual Installer, etc. See [this| -Versionspre8.0.xto12.0] wiki for more details.\\n\\n\\nLudek\",\"author\":{\"username\":\"ludek.uher\",\"displayName\":\"Ludek Uher\",\"groupIcons\":[{\"name\":\"moderator\",\"title\":\"This user is an SAP Moderator\",\"priority\":20},{\"name\":\"employee\",\"title\":\"This user is an SAP Employee\",\"priority\":21}],\"suspended\":false,\"isCurrentUser\":false},\"parentAuthor\":{\"username\":\"former.member\",\"displayName\":\"Former Member\",\"groupIcons\":[],\"suspended\":true,\"isCurrentUser\":false},\"id\":6172166,\"creationDate\":1246302180000,\"activeRevisionId\":7637482,\"lastActivity\":1246302180000,\"parentId\":6171898,\"originalParentId\":6164280,\"likeCount\":0,\"visibility\":\"full\",\"depth\":0,\"attachments\":[],\"canVoteUpOrCancel\":false,\"relations\":{\"canReport\":false,\"visibility\":\"full\",\"canEdit\":false,\"canUseDelete\":false,\"isLiked\":false,\"type\":\"comment\",\"canVoteUpOrCancel\":false,\"canConvertToAnswer\":false,\"canBeModerated\":false,\"canViewRevisions\":false,\"showInReply\":false,\"reported\":false,\"canCancelReport\":false,\"canDelete\":false,\"canVoteDownOrCancel\":false,\"canComment\":false,\"canViewReports\":false,\"isCurrentUserAuthor\":false},\"liked\":false,\"moderatorComment\":false}]},\"6189064\":{\"rootParentId\":6189064,\"commentsCount\":1,\"comments\":[{\"body\":\"Hello,\\n\\nI don't believe that's the free Visual Studios Installer 1.1 package. After talking with the tech I found out that the 'B' keycode is an R1 keycode, not an R2 keycode, and although I could create reports, etc. there was no way that the 'B' keycode would allow me to build the distribution package. I needed to obtain an R2 keycode which shoulld start with the letter 'C'. I also needed to download the correct merge modules for the version of Crystal Developer that I had installed. After some jerking around with your Sales Dept. (who downgraded me to R1 because they said I had a valid R1 keycode, but I still couldn't get it to work) they finally got me an R2 keycode. I then reinstalled R2. I also had to have the most recent merge modules (the ones I downloaded just 1 week earlier would not work). The free Visual Studio 6 installer downloaded from Microsoft works fine for building the .msi installer file and ORCA worked fine for editing the merge modules to incorporate my CR developers keycode. \\nSo the bottom line is: you must have all the Business Objects elements synchronized perfectly or you won't be able to build a distribution package. By Business Objects elements I mean: the version of CR Developer matches to the version of the merge modules and you have to have a correctly matched keycode from Business Objects. Can't for the life of me figure out why they would distribute an invalid keycode with the product, but that's what happened to me. \\n\\nEverything is working fine now, thanks for all your help Dan, and BTW, the tech support guy Jonathan was phenomenal. Knew right away what was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. The extended time required to fix all this falls back on the B/O Sales Dept. who distributed an invalid keycode in the first place and then balked at getting me a correct keycode.\\n\\nEdited by: graywolf on Jul 20, 2009 6:39 PM\",\"author\":{\"username\":\"former.member\",\"displayName\":\"Former Member\",\"groupIcons\":[],\"suspended\":true,\"isCurrentUser\":false},\"id\":6264564,\"posted\":1248107892000,\"votes\":0,\"isAccepted\":false,\"isLocked\":false,\"userVoted\":\"\",\"relations\":{\"canCancelAccept\":false,\"canUnlock\":false,\"canUseDelete\":false,\"canVoteDownOrCancel\":false,\"canLock\":false,\"canAccept\":false,\"type\":\"answer\",\"canVoteUpOrCancel\":false,\"isCurrentUserAuthor\":false},\"attachments\":[]},{\"body\":\"Hi graywolf,\\n\\n\\nI also faced this problem like you.
