To answer my own question, I don't think it's possible to install Gnome UX without uninstalling Unity because the only way to install Gnome UX is to uninstall Unity first. Also, I think that is it is possible to install Gnome UX without removing Unity, I think it will require the use of an additional Linux distro other than Ubuntu. But I don't know and am asking.

So I just read that Gnome UX is changing to a new version and will probably replace Ubuntu Unity. I am actually really really loving Gnome UX and would like to keep using it. So is there any way that I can move to Gnome UX from Unity?

Like how can I install and remove GNOME UX without uninstalling Unity?

Or is it possible to install GNOME UX without removing Unity?

Or is there a PPA or other way to install Gnome UX?

I really like Unity and just want to keep using it instead of switching to Gnome UX. So if there is a way for me to use Gnome UX and keep using Unity as well, then that would be really awesome.

I've removed my Unity and installed Gnome UX. I like the way that it's laid out and it's like a minimalist theme. I was loving Unity but now I don't like it that much. When I use Gnome UX, I can't click on the Unity button to bring up the Dashboard or access my other programs. For example, I would like to access my second monitors for viewing videos or something like that. Do you know how to fix this?

I feel like the Software Center of Gnome UX is pretty bad actually. And why are there no automatic updates? Like, why do I have to wait for updates to be downloaded and be ready to be installed? Just do this and notify me when I have to confirm that I want them to be installed and reboot.
